The World’s Greatest Athlete is our guest this week on the ‘Best in the World with Richard Parr’.

American Bryan Clay won the Gold Medal in the Decathlon at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

On the podcast, Bryan tells Richard why he stayed outside of the Olympic Village, his training routine and the dangers of overtraining.

He explains what was the difference between winning Silver in 2004 to claiming Gold four years later.

Bryan is also very strong on methods athletes can use to get funding.
