Two-time Open Water Swimming World Champion Keri-Anne Payne is our guest on this week’s Best in the World with Richard Parr.
Keri-Anne won gold in Rome and Shanghai and also won a silver medal at the Beijing Olympics.
On the show the South African born swimmer talks about being attacked by jellyfish, eating during race and breathing.
The Briton also tells Richard about how she managed to get to the front of the pack when she won her first Open Water World title. They also discuss the main differences between swimming competitively in a pool and in open water.
